@fgfhfdf By YOU, is that a reference to me personally or people in general? We didn’t get feral hogs on our property until early ’90s so I came first, not the pigs. As for people in general, we also came first. Swine were introduced to America by the Spanish some 400-500 years ago. Not only were Native Americans here first, but so were the first settlers. Either way, we were here first and the pigs invaded our area-with our help.
You kill because they think that these pigs invade their regions. But YOU who have invaded areas of the pigs, right? Being human is negligible.
What a mad Video i like the Ortenau Crow Patrol morethe have a lot of nice Videos here by Youtube
@yaguapora We were filming through a PVS-14 in Generation III.
What kind of night vision r u using
@MrVoxC This hog was shot with a suppressed 77/44 Ruger using .44 mag hand loaded subsonics. We also use a 300 gr. Hornady XTPs. Some of our other videos use a .270 caliber bullet, just fired from a 6.8 SPC, not a .270 Win.
a .270? nice shot . tastey
good shot dude
@kodataiyak Is that the best you’ve got? Come on! If you are going to negatively comment as to what we are doing in this video then at least articulate your views so that I may rebuke. Otherwise don’t bother.
coward.
@Mrsmh2011 We strive for neck shots, but on occasion miss that mark. The reason we place the shots is that we quarter and ice down all of the hogs we take either to be used personally or to be given away to friends, our family, or people in need. Because we utilize the meat we don’t spray and pray as we don’t like blood shot meat or gut shot hogs. We hunt several time a week so we slowly pick them off.
I shot into a group like that with my. 270 and downed three with one round. And quit crying about the poor little pigs hogs cause over 50 million dollars In damage to farms in Texas alone. So good job but you should’ve killed more.
For all y’all idiots who want to whine about shooting hogs, y’all obviously don’t know how destructive they are.. I bet if they came and ate yalls little flowers and tore up your yards you’d want them all dead!
@Nuclear793 I must say I am somewhat surprised by people who are upset that they just watched a video about someone shooting a hog. “NightHogs com night vision wild boar hog hunting” somehow didn’t tip them off as to what is going to happen? Then they quickly show how out of touch they are with regards to the destructive epidemic our country is experiencing.
@TM87O Your just soft. Don’t look up videos about hunting. You’er just making your self cry
All those ferrel hogs need to die. Any asshole that feels sorry for those pest ought to be beat with a piglet. Those hogs are destroying everything! Good video ! Keep knocking them down.
@saltocaza The guy that owned it didn’t know the manufacturers name and it wasn’t on the IR illuminator. When I find out I will let you know.
@NightHogsDotcom Which one is better than ATN 450mw ? Thanks.
@saltocaza We use ATN 450mw IR illuminators. I have only seen one illuminator that is better, but it was 3 times the price.
what type of Infrared IR flashlight are you using, i live in Uruguay (South America) and i love hunting with my night vision but i am looking for a good Infrared IR flashlight, can you please send me the model, thank you very much for your time, have a nice day.
@samael666marduk I love animals just as much as anyone, but these two hunters were highly professional, disciplined & law abiding. The animal killed, never knew it was killed & died far more humanely than if it were hunted by another wild animal
@willym1965 I’ve taken out a few hunters from Alaska and they enjoyed it thoroughly. In fact, one has taken me fishing a couple of times on the Kenai where he was once a guide. I’ve been invited to fish in Heider as well and likely will some day. I really enjoy Alaska, but could never make a winter-been a Texan all my life. Check out our website at “nighthogs”. Send an email to the contact address located on the site and we’ll continue this dialogue.
Omgoodness! that was awesome. i hate to see anything go to waste. i live in Alaska and love to hunt but ive been watching this hog hunting and its got my full attention. Sign me up man. maybe we can bargain on a black bear hunt for a hog hunt. Hog hunting is like fishing for carp that are over running a lake. oh ya i like to fish and am going to start guiding next year. send me a post. would love to hear from ya! May you keep your guns ready and your powder dry.
@samael666marduk I used to erase such comments but have started leaving them as you are the minority and someone usually steps up to the plate to put the smack down on you if I don’t get to it first. Give me a little of your argument as to why we should not be shooting feral hogs. Give me your proposal as to how to control their numbers. Please include what you are going to eat (besides feral hogs) when their numbers get so out of control that farmers cannot make crops. Enlighten us!
@NightHogsDotcom I personally don’t like to hunt, but I dont see nothing wrong if the hunting ultimately ends in providing food (wich was the purpose in the beginning). With that being said, I do appreciate the skill and hability of the hunter that cares about placing his shots in the perfect spot. (Besides, wild boar meat is delicious
